This delicious marinade work perfectly on chicken and makes delightful chicken skewers.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • the zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • the zest and juice from 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
