You added Modigliani pieces to your cart. We know you can’t wait to add them to your life. We put care, attention and some fun into the packaging.

When it’s ready to ship, we balance the most affordable insured shipping service based on your timetable — never sacrificing quality. (International shipping is also available. Contact us for more information.)

We make every attempt to process your order on the same day you place your order. At the latest, we’ll ship two business days later. If you need something quickly, don’t hesitate to call and let us know.

If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you of the anticipated ship date.


Return of unused and undamaged merchandise

We believe relationships are as important as craftsmanship. We want you to be happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with some or all of the items you receive, let us know. You can return unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will gladly exchange the items or give you a full refund for the purchase price of the items returned, not including any shipping or handling.

Modigliani's handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Modigliani is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when being returned to us. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return.

After we receive your returned items, your card will be credited the amount due to you. All refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Typically, accounts are credited within 2 business days. Depending on your credit or banking institution, it can sometimes take longer.

Return of damaged, defective or incorrect items

Occasionally, accidents happen. If your item is damaged during shipping, if it’s defective, or if it’s the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Modigliani will provide a prepaid return label for such items that are being returned. Please contact Modigliani Customer Service by calling 816-447-7251 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email. If the item is damaged, please keep the item and packaging for pick up by the insured courier.

On the rare chance we shipped you an incorrect item, we’ll ship you the correct item within 2 business days.
