One of our original and most traditional collections, Terre di Chianti or Land of the Wine is decorated with the vineyards in mind. The greens, browns, and burgundy grape colors blend well with our Condotti wood flatware, Biancheria linens in brown and Villa d'Este amber glassware.

Without grapes, there would be no wine. So it goes without saying that grapes are an important crop in Italy. There are literally thousands of varieties of grapes, including internationally popular wine grapes Montepulciano and Sangiovese as well as varieties less known outside the region, such as Vermentino and Nebbiolo. Wine is used in cooking to create reductions and, of course, to accompany the meal. Our Terre di Chianti Collection celebrates the Italian vineyards.

Just What She Wanted

I purchased this a gift. It arrived quickly. The online store is very well organized by style so that made it easy to find the style and items that I wanted to purchase. Terre Di Chianti Dinner Plates and Salad Plates.

These are replacements for plates broken over the years. I thought the pattern was discontinued, I was happily surprised to learn it was not.
This pattern is a crowd pleaser at our dinners. So beautiful, truly a piece of art.
I want to add that the shipping packaging is outstanding as well.
